THE BALANCED SUBSYSTEM OF INDICATORS OF RETURNABLE LOGISTICS OF THE INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE

It is offered to classify returnable material resources for the purpose of their reuse in industrial system of the enter-prise. The criterion of transition to work with secondary raw materials (waste) is defined. It is entered, for Open Com-pany "Machine works", system of technical and economic indicators of occurrence and processing of industrial wastes which is coordinated with the balanced system of indicators standard at the enterprise. For motivation of the participants of the logistical system the developed procedure of a personal rating which is appropriate for any worker in dynamics on the monthly periods or for a certain interval of time as the average size is used. It is offered to build a complete system from the local contours concerning different levels of management that allows providing necessary and sufficient quality of accepted logistical decisions. The decision of the described problems should be made in a local contour of the reverse logistics management.
