THE ESTIMATING TOOLS OF THE TECHNOLOGICAL STATE OF THE ECONOMIC BRANCHES IN THE REGION WHICH FOCUSES ON RESOURCES

In this paper some economic problems connected with insufficiency of studying methodological and theoretical bases for the estimation of the technological mode of the branches in the region focused on resources are considered. Much attention is paid to the necessity of increasing the specific weight of manufacture in the regional economics. It lets to increase competitivenesses and innovation in the region in the process of globalization. The authors concentrate on a wide range of things which raise special problems of the industries development in the region. Also the authors suggest the indicators system which lets to realize the assessments of economic structure according to the process of transformation and innovation development.
